Bronx resident Nahyime Goldson, 23, was sentenced to a determinate term of three and a half years in state prison and a judge ordered the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision to enroll in “shock” incarceration program.
Goldson was also sentenced to one year in County Jail after a jury found Goldson guilty of burglary and stalking in June.
Goldson was in a Mount Vernon home at approximately 9 a.m. in August last year, working as a cable television installer. While he was there, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. said that he “subjected a 19-year-old woman to unwanted sexual advances, placing her in fear that a sex crime may be committed against her.”
At one point, Goldson locked the teen in a bedroom, and when he was told to leave, he illegally stayed in the residence.
